GIFT WASN'T QUITE RIGHT?
To help you shop with confidence, we have extended our change of mind returns period to 60 days for any purchases made between November 12 and December 31.Provided the recipient has proof of purchase, and any returned items meet our returns conditions, a product exchange can easily be done in our Sports Direct store.
Eligible orders can also be returned by post, although when returning items by post, they cannot be exchanged for an alternative item or size, and will instead be refunded. All refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
We’ll do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time. The estimated delivery timeframes are approximate and may be affected by high demand, your delivery location, or other factors beyond our control. We encourage you to review these details and decide whether you’re comfortable proceeding with your order.

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Express Delivery is our standard delivery service, free on orders over $150.
Our Team aim to pack your order within 1 business day.
We ship to both Australia and New Zealand, with delivery timeframes varying slightly between the two.AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Once packed, orders are delivered using StarTrack Express, parcels are delivered to metro areas within 1-2 business days, while orders to regional areas can take 2-4 business days.NEW ZEALAND ORDERS
Once packed, orders are delivered using DHL, parcels are delivered to metro areas within 1-3 business days, while orders to regional areas can take 3-8 business days.Orders are packed daily, Monday to Friday, excluding Public Holidays.
DO I NEED TO BE HOME FOR MY DELIVERY?
No, you do not need to be home to accept delivery as all orders are placed with Authority to Leave (ATL) selected by default.When ATL is given, the courier will not require a signature for delivery, and will leave the parcel in a safe place. You agree that the parcel is deemed delivered when left at your address.
If you do not wish for your parcel to be left in a safe place, it is necessary to unselect the ATL checkbox at checkout.

WHERE DO YOU DELIVER?
We deliver to most Australian and New Zealand addresses, Parcel Lockers, and PO boxes.
NOT AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY

Unfortunately, we do not deliver outside of Australia or New Zealand, or to addresses on Christmas Island, Norfolk Island, or the Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
Order Changes

CAN I UPDATE MY DELIVERY ADDRESS AFTER I'VE PLACED AN ORDER?
Due to the speed in which we pack your order an address update is not always possible.
TRACKING NUMBER NOT YET RECEIVED
If you have just placed your order, and have not yet received a tracking number or notification the order has been packed, it may still be possible for the address to be updated.Please reach out to our Team as soon as possible.
TRACKING NUMBER RECEIVED
Unfortunately we are unable to update a delivery address once an order has been packed and a tracking number has been allocated.However, by contacting StarTrack on 13 23 45 (for Autralian Orders) or DHL here (For New Zealand Orders) you may be able to request an update to your address with them. Please be aware that address updates may contribute to a slight delay in delivery.

CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO THE ITEMS I'VE JUST ORDERED?
We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been placed.
Once your order has been placed, we're unable to modify your order. This includes changing the colour or size of an item, and adding or removing items from your order.
Once delivered, you are able to return any items ordered in error, in accordance with our Change of Mind Returns Policy.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
In most instances, we are unable to cancel an order once placed.
ONLINE ORDERS
Due to the speed and automation of our warehousing facilities, we are unable to cancel an order once it is placed.Although you are able to return the order once delivered in accordance with our Returns Policy.
