WHAT IS AFTERPAY?
Afterpay allows you to buy now and pay later, by dividing the total cost of your purchase into 4 interest free instalments, due fortnightly.

USING AFTERPAY ONLINE
To purchase using Afterpay, simply select it as your payment option during checkout. First-time users will be prompted to provide payment details, while returning customers will be able to login.

Your first payment will be charged upon placing your order.

RETURNING AFTERPAY PURCHASES
Provided your item(s) meet our Returns Policy, you can return them for a refund. We'll refund any payments you've already made and cancel any future payments.

USING AFTERPAY IN STORE
To use Afterpay in-store, simply open your Afterpay App and select "Pay with Afterpay Card" to access your Afterpay Card in your digital wallet. At checkout, tap the Afterpay Card to pay, and your payment schedule will be displayed once your purchase is complete.

All refunds are automatically issued to your original payment method.

The processing time may differ based on your payment method and financial institution, but once processed, expect the refund to reflect in your account within 5 business days.

AFTERPAY & PAYPAL REFUNDS
If your original payment method was Afterpay or PayPal, you will receive refund updates directly from them, in addition to communication from us.

The final price charged at checkout to New Zealand customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the payment provider you have used.

PRICES, PAYMENT, GST, AND CUSTOMS
Orders placed from New Zealand are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD). The final amount charged may vary slightly depending on the exchange rate and any fees applied by your payment provider or bank at the time of purchase.

For orders over NZ$1000, New Zealand customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are set by New Zealand Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

If a refund is processed, the refunded amount may differ slightly from the original payment total due to changes in exchange rates or fees charged by your payment provider at the time the refund is completed.
